Paytrol terms, in plain words

Paytrol is a reward credit inside the Startions ecosystem. By opening a Paytrol ID you agree that:

1. Paytrol has no cash value. It cannot be bought, topped up, gifted for money, sold, exchanged or withdrawn to a bank, UPI, wallet or card.
2. You earn it only through approved events: Performance and Participation in a Startions startup, and Participation with an approved Cosmias NGO. Perfection doubles a reward.
3. You spend it only on Startions sites that accept Paytrol, or send it to another student for Startions goods and services.
4. It is not a loan. The Paytrol Credit Card shows Paytrol you hold. It does not work on any bank card network.
5. Mistakes are corrected openly. A credit issued in error can be reversed by Paytrol Admin; the reversal shows in your activity. You can raise a dispute against any credit, decision or order.
6. Keep your PIN private. Every payment needs it. It locks after repeated wrong tries, and you can freeze your card at any time.
7. Your data stays with Startions. Sites you pay see only your Paytrol ID and display name.
8. One Paytrol ID per Nirmata account. It is permanent and never reassigned.

Balances do not expire. Startions may change these terms; any change to the rules that Paytrol is earn-only and never cashed out would be announced first.
